MOJITOP.COM is just a group of friends rooted in Barcelona, who would like to contribute to improve the level of the mojitos in the city.
We like to do expeditions in the city, and sometimes we invite the blog followers.
If you have suggestions, you are more than welcome to share them with us too!

We like to "conquer" Bars, which means to visit them and evaluate their mojitos.
About barris, we often visit Gràcia, Poble Sec, Raval and Born, but we've also been to more exotic places like Eixample and Barceloneta.

To explore all the possibilities, we also try out different recipes for mojitos and their variations.
Also from time to time we'll report on curisities related to mojitos, like the mojitos we taste in other cities.

Mojitos en ÉBANO LOUNGE: original y resbaladizo

Paral·lel 124 bis (justo al salir del Metro Poble Sec, salida Parlament)

Características del mojito:
- Zumo de limón exprimido
- Angostura
- Azúcar moreno Y blanco
- Hielo machacado a máquina
- Ron blanco Negrita
- Sifón
- Vaso grande, diferente de los normales
- Menta muy machacada, aunque no se metía entre los dientes como pasó en el Can Can
- Nota media: 6,79 (evaluado por 3 mojiexperts y bastantes invitados)
- 7€

Era un mojito con aspecto bastante diferente a los que normalmente tomamos, y hay que apreciar la originalidad. El sitio es muy agradable, con muchos cócteles diferentes i también comida (estilo más bien indio). También tienen un disc-jockey "en directo" en medio del bar.
Eso sí, los vasos eran muy chulos pero estaban malditos (=resbaladizos) y dos acabaron volcados, dando lugar por primera vez al fenómeno indeseable del Mojitos Interruptus.
