MOJITOP.COM is just a group of friends rooted in Barcelona, who would like to contribute to improve the level of the mojitos in the city.
We like to do expeditions in the city, and sometimes we invite the blog followers.
If you have suggestions, you are more than welcome to share them with us too!
We like to "conquer" Bars, which means to visit them and evaluate their mojitos.
About barris, we often visit Gràcia, Poble Sec, Raval and Born, but we've also been to more exotic places like Eixample and Barceloneta.
To explore all the possibilities, we also try out different recipes for mojitos and their variations.
Also from time to time we'll report on curisities related to mojitos, like the mojitos we taste in other cities.

Mojitos al CAN CAN - Bo però la menta es ficava a les dents

La menta molt aixafada (tant que pujava per la canyeta - risc de sortir amb dents a topos)

Prepared on-time by a friendly bartender, adding a bit of "cool" by pouring the 2 bottles of rum at the same time while talking to people at the bar. But maybe it was this gesture that ensured the heavy load of alcohol. Which is not bad in a way, depending on your objectives...
All in all, an ok mojito, just a bit too loaded.

    I would also like to add:
    The mint was in small pieces, which is really good for the flavors...but not for the experience: All the time I was finding pieces of mint leaves between by teeth!!

    Good mojtos but not recommendable if you want to flirt with someone. To have it with friends is fine!
